Cheese Spread with Rock Art Whitetail Ale

1 pound Cheddar cheese, grated
½ large clove garlic, minced (to taste)
½ tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
½ teaspoon salt
½ to ¾ cup of Whitetail Ale (to taste and desired consistency)

  1. Blend all of the ingredients, except the beer. Then gradually add the beer until well blended. Cover and refrigerate. Cheers!
